Welcome to Casa Feliz. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

2. Booking Policy

• The minimum stay requirement is 1 nights.

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

• The maximum occupancy of the villa is 12 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior written approval may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa Feliz.

3. Payment Policy

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or at check-in, as communicated during the booking process.

• Payments are accepted via UPI.

• A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required before check-in. The deposit may be refunded after check-out following inspection of the property, subject to any applicable deductions.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. These services cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by management in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, early departures, no-shows, or unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing by Casa Feliz.

6. House Rules

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

The following rules apply during every stay:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated or appropriate areas and should not create a nuisance for others.

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted.

• Parties and celebrations are allowed; however, guests remain responsible for maintaining the property and complying with applicable laws.

• Outside visitors who are not part of the confirmed booking are not permitted inside the property without prior approval.

• Commercial photography, videography, filming, influencer shoots, or other professional content creation requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.

• Any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activity is strictly forbidden.

7. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Casa Feliz.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Maintaining the villa in good condition throughout their stay.

• Any damage caused by themselves or members of their group.

• Reporting any accidental damage immediately.

Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs arising from damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, guests remain responsible for paying the outstanding balance.

9. Security Deposit

The ₹10,000 security deposit may be partially or fully deducted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or décor.

• Missing property or furnishings.

• Excessive cleaning requirements.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Unauthorized guests or activities causing loss or damage.

Any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property.

10. Lost or Stolen Property

Casa Feliz is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.

11. Liability

Guests use all facilities, including the villa, swimming pool, balconies, stairs, parking areas, and outdoor spaces, entirely at their own risk.

Casa Feliz and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury.

• Illness.

• Accidents.

• Death.

• Loss or damage to personal property.

• Interruptions caused by utility failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children throughout their stay.

12. Right to Refuse Service or Cancel Booking

Casa Feliz reserves the right to cancel a booking, refuse service, or require guests to leave the property without refund if:

• Illegal activities are suspected or discovered.

• Guests engage in behavior that threatens the safety, comfort, or security of the property, staff, neighbors, or other guests.

• Guests materially violate these Terms & Conditions.

Where appropriate, local authorities may be notified.

13. Privacy

Casa Feliz collects guest information solely for booking management, identity verification, legal compliance, and operational purposes.

Guest information may be shared with government authorities where required by applicable law or official request.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Goa, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa.

15. Changes to These Terms

Casa Feliz reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website will apply to all future bookings.
